​Assessments Policy

​

Dues are $175.00 per year, due on January 1st of each year. Collected dues go towards the maintenance of Thunderbird North's common areas and amenities, such as the swimming pool and tennis courts.

​

Residents now have the option of paying for their dues in two increments. The first payment of $87.50 is due January 1st, and the second payment of $87.50 is due July 1st.

Garbage Days & Times

 

Garbage at Thunderbird North is collected on Monday and Thursdays.

​

Containers may be put out after 6:00 pm the day before garbage collection and must be brought back in by 6:00 pm the day of collection. Please store garbage containers out of public view. To ensure service, residents are encouraged to set garbage materials out by 7:00 am.

Neighborhood Meetings

​

The Thunderbird North community meets at 6:00 pm on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.  We're moving back to in person meetings and look forward to being at Quail Valley City Centre again.  The meeting is open to all residents of Thunderbird North.

Volunteer Opportunities

​
